Can a user check, what was the last time corresna synced

Answer

Yes a user can check it To check it go to the Corrensa plugin from Vtiger side and client on User name using which corrensa was configured

Once clicked a drop down menu will open. Select the adapter from it

It will show the Vtiger version, Corrensa API and Last Date Synchronized

Issue

Another very common issue, Corrensa users face is that the some of the files they are trying to attach to the Vtiger through Corrensa fails to attach. When user attach it to the Vtiger it keeps on loading and file is not attached

Reason

The reason behind this issue is the size of the file that you want to attach exceeds the maximum file size that is configured in Vtiger configurations

Usually the maximum file size that is configured in the Vtiger is 5 MB. You can check it by going to settings and selecting the configuration editor

Solution

By default, the Vtiger only allows to configure this size ranging from 0 to 5 MB. It can be increased.

How can an admin user uninstall Corresna from VTiger CRM system?

Solution

Usually Vtiger extensions can be removed using module manager

But in case of Corrensa it only allows you to configure and check integrity of extension from module manager

So, in order to uninstall the corrensa. Visit the following URL http://vtiger_url/index.php?module=Corrensa&parent=Settings&view=Uninstall

Make sure to replace "http://vtiger_url/index.php" with your CRM URL

Add "?module=Corrensa&parent=Settings&view=Uninstall" to the end of the URL and it will take you to the Corresa Uninstall page

Upon clicking on the "Yes" it will remove the Corrensa from your Vtiger CRM system

The corresna keeps on synchronizing and fails to set up

Reason

This issue comes from the clients database, most probably because of the presence of invalid table or data entry

Solution

Users can remove the unnecessary modules from the Corresa, by disabling the module from the module manager and it will stop appearing in the Corrensa module list.

Corrensa is only showing a limited number of entries related to the search

Answer

Corrensa only shows a maximum of 10 results related to the search.

For example

A user searched organization named "Mall of Africa"

The number of results shown in Corrensa are less as compared to the available results in the VTiger CRM

Corrensa only shows 10 results in correspondence to the search, while there are 14 entries in the CRM related to the searched keyword.

Problem

The outgoing connection is not established while setting up the Corrensa.

This issue usually arises when users server is now allowed to establish internet connection and not allowed incoming/outgoing traffic from/to Corrensa servers as well as have external IP/domain address that can be used to reach VTiger.
