Can a user generate SLA policy report? To show the information of a SLA? If yes then how?

Solution

Yes a user can generate a report containing the information of a SLA. To distract a report containing information user has to run the report on the module on which the SLA is configured For example, if you want to extract the information regarding the SLA policy set on tickets module, then you have to configure report on tickets module

Example

Lets generate an SLA report on tickets to demonstrate the process

Configure a report using the module on which SLA policy is implemented

Select the columns that you want to display on the report, make sure to add SLA related columns

Add condition as per your requirement

The generated report will look something like following image

Make sure to selct the module on which SLA policy is implemented in primary module
Select the SLA fields to display data
Hence the report will be generated
