14. Percentage Field not showing decimal values

Percentage type fields do not show decimal values and round it off

Problem

The percentage field does not show the decimal values. For example 26.81% is rounded off to 27%

Reason

The reason behind this problem is that the decimal value for that client is set to 0

Solution

To resolve this issue - Go to user preference and change the decimal settings for the user.

Go to user preference and change the decimal settings

Choose the decimal places that you want to show (choosing 2 will show two decimal values 75.23%)
