12. Email Marketing extension, Date format issue

Email marketing extension keeps on loading and does not send out the email campaign, the issue arises because of the date format

Issue

Email marketing extension stuck on sending campaign and does not send out the emails When the user schedules an email campaign to be sent out, it keeps on loading (system will struck on the following screen)

Reason

The issue arises because of the date format. If the date format is "dd-mm-yyyy" or "mm-dd-yyyy", then the issue will arise

Solution

Make sure to change the date format to "yyyy-mm-dd"

This can be done through Calendar Settings
