Do the feature of unsubscribe to the marketing campaign reappears if the extension is upated?

Extension email markeing campaign, by default shows the "Unsubscribe to the makreting campaign" button at the bottom of the email. VTExperts allows to remove that button from the email marketing campaigns. This can be done by making the chages in the code of the CRM system

Once a user has removed the unsubscribe feature and after that updates the extension. The feature will be restored and the user has to remove the unsubscribe feature again from the email marketing again using the chagnes in the code mentioned above
