7. Email Marketing - Pause emails for the records who have replied

Question

Can a user pause an email marketing campaign for the records that have replied to the campaign?

For example

User a A ran an email marketing campaign for a time span of 5 weeks and every week a new email template is sent to the leads. But, once a lead replies back to the campaign email, no more campaign emails are sent to that client

Answer

This is not a standard fucntionality of the Email marketing extension, but this feature can be incorporated in the extension using a customization. It will be a billable task
