5. Email Marketing Extension keeps on loading and does not send the emails

Problem

Email Marketing extension keeps on loading and does not send any email

Reason

This issue comes from the core of vtiger 7.3, it does not return correct date if User config date format is "mm-dd-yyyy", vtiger 73 standard it work only if User config date format is "yyyy--mm-dd"

Solution

Make sure that the date format should be "yyyy--mm-dd" in order to make the campaign run and send emails
