3. Email Marketing Campaign not sending Emails

Issue

Email marketing campaign is not sending emails, it shows that the email campaign is queued but a long duration of time but the emails are not being sent

Answer

There can be multiple reasons behind this issue, but the most common one is related to the Cron jobs

1. Cron Jobs: This issues arises when Cron jobs are not configured for the email marketing campaign You can check it by going to the scheduler and see if Cron jobs are configured or not. The following video shows that the Cron jobs are not configured, as there is no value under the last scan started and last scan ended

Some times users have configured the Cron jobs, still the email marketing campaign is not sending the emails

In such cases, a common reason which cause this issue is that Ioncube is not installed in cli (ioncube is already installed on PHP but is not install in cli)

To resolve this issue SSH root user permissions are required and only root user can make these changes
